Progressive Comprehensive Services is founded by Neeta Das who has been inspired by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities during her 32 years working in the human services field. The tenets of Progressive Comprehensive Services are trust, understanding, relationship, commitment, dedication and partnership. We strongly believe in the value of equality, self-determination, self-reliance, independence and person centered approach. Our services include raising awareness at the family level, within the persons community and society at large to foster respect for the rights and dignity, combat stereotypes prejudices, and harmful practices. Our goal is to promote awareness of the capabilities and contributions of persons with disabilities to their communities. Progressive Comprehensive Services has embraced the principles of self-determination and has been a pioneer in fostering a self-directed life for many individuals.
PCS, LLC offers a variety of services directed towards helping individuals and families navigate systems and resources to enhance the quality of life for everyone. These services include:

- TRAININGS FOR FAMILIES, COMMUNITY PROVIDERS AND DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
- TRAINING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN SELF ADVOCACY, PUBLIC SPEAKING, AND BEING AN ACTIVE MEMEBER OF A COMMITTEE.
